To be eligible for JRA’s services, an applicant must have a household income at or below 185% of the federal poverty guidelines and live within one of the zip codes that JRA services.
Individuals with an income level above 185% of the federal poverty guidelines and are in need of support, are encouraged to apply. JRA reviews applications on a case-by-case basis.
