Request Free Food Assistance

To request an application for food assistance, please fill out the form below. JRA will mail you,  or the person you are referring, an application with a paid return envelope.  Please take a moment to check our eligibility guidelines before submitting, by clicking here.

To be eligible for JRA’s services, an applicant must have a household income at or below 150% of the federal poverty guideline and live within one of the zip codes that JRA services.  Individuals with an income level above 150% of the federal poverty guideline and are in need of support, are encouraged to apply. JRA reviews all applications on a case-by-case basis.
